Settlement agreements can range in cost depending on the terms of the agreement and whether or not you wish to contest / change the agreement. Basic advice on an agreement can range from £350 - £500 + VAT. This cost is usually recoverable from your employer if you enter the agreement.

Wrongful/Unfair Dismissal claims 

These types of claims can vary in complexity and are charged on a time spent basis. Average costs are £1500-3000 depending on at what point they settle. If the matter goes to hearing then these costs can increase. We will provide you with a quotation at the outset and will revise it if necessary.
